Me and my boyfriend were having a conversation last night about Tech Nine or Tech N9ne, (the rapper) or however you spell his name. I said that nobody outside of the Missouri/Kansas/Iowa/Illinois area wouldnt know who he was, but he said that EVERYONE knows who he is because they play his music everywhere and his music videos have been on MTV and such. So i wanna know, do you know who Tech Nine is, and where are you from and how did you hear about him. I told my boyfriend Id post this on Yahoo! to prove that no one knew him, but if you do, speak up so i know im wrong!!!

I'm from Miami, Florida, I have lived in Avon Park, Fl, and Tallahassee, FL--where I'm currently residing for school, but I never heard of Tech Nine, and I asked a couple of folks at my job, and call some friends, and no one has ever heard of him. If he is underground, then he will be only popular in his area of living but if he has been on MTV then maybe he was a one hit wonder, but I doubt cuz his name will still ring a bell which it don't. Also tell you boyfriend if they were so popular why they can't be found on the internet. I just tried to search and I got one or two sites but when I tried to play their video it said the site couldn't be found...

Yeah he is a rapper with some really strange hair. he has had some songs with Eminem, tupac shakur and other famous recording artists. He is from Kansas City. I remember him from the credits of some other artists stuff, but I never remember any of his own singles, just stuff where he has been the supporting rapper. Click Here for more about him

I'm from Minnesota and I vaguely remember hearing about him. Probably on MTV or something....

i'm from sc and i have never heard of him and i normally watch mtv. Maybe i just missed seeing him, but i normally pay attention to who sings (or raps) different songs!

i have not heard of this 'tech-nine' fellow,rap sucks,metal rules and thats the way it will remain.
(there is this dude called "MURS" thats pertty good for a rap guy...but rap still sucks)
