It does an educated person to get a satirical remark that is made. I think that his comment is being taken out of context (by republicans mostly) and being used to their own advantage to try to cast a shadow on Kerry/Democrats. They also want to bump all the republican scandal out of the news with this nonsense. Foley is not forgotten nor is the crew that helped him with his sick secrets. Even your man Hannity last night had to speak up and defend Kerry. "He said it WAS taken out of context. The two lines before the comment were about Bush" and so was the comment laced with satire...a mere joke that most didn't even get. Then out of their own stupidity they work the comment to their own uses.

As for what i would say to Kerry...just realize that satire is a gamble at times...especially when it must be explained because some are not intellectual minded to grasp it!!!!

For Kerry!! but, OBAMA 08!!!!!

Well, there are plenty of them here yapping like a parrot, trying to cover up what Kerry said by saying it was a joke against Bush.
If it was, how sick is that?
And Bush scored better in College than Kerry did.
So Where's the joke Libbies?????

The remark was aimed at President Bush, a notoriously average student. Sen Kerry has a bad case of foot in mouth, which for him is typical.

I think Kerry's remarks were less shameful than Bush's and Snow's pandering replies.

No way, Ford (D-Tenn) has called for him to apologize as well as Hillary has said his comments were :inappropriate."

I'd be lying if I wasn't enjoying watching them squirm.
