I think all of them, in that order, or maybe slightly different, but you can watch a DVD while eating Pizza, then have a bath then a lie in..or have a bath first, then DVD and Pizza(late night) then a lie in.

Start by putting the wine in the fridge
Have with a good long soak, listening to a cd, with glass of wine.
Phone for a pizza.
Eat pizza while watching dvd and finish off wine.
Have a lie in.
You should be nicely rested for hitting the clubs next night.
Have a ball!

Hmm....I'm guessing you bathe daily so that skips #1. DVD's and CD's with pizza...you need more than that for reaching Level 4 so lets skip #2 and #4. We're down to #3, go out clubbing, and #5, a lie in.....hmm......how about you combine #3 and #5! You go out clubbing tonight and have a lie in tomorrow!! Who says you can have only one treat......indulge yourself!

a good DVD and a large glass of vino, which you could have in a hot bubble bath (before you watch the DVD) while listening to your fav cd, the DVD can be watched whilst eating a large meat feast pizza then for extras have a lie in in the morn!
hee hee might as well go all out and do um all basically what im saying lol
