i was thinking you were talking about people being illegal.. and it made me think... if Borat worked, would he be illegal?
then i thought more, if paris hilton worked, would she be illegal?
sorry, got sidetracked there... funny couple though, doncha think.. borat and paris? aaa... i think it's funny. to get to the point... no, if voting worked, i don't think it would be illegal. i don't think a democracy with the power to control itself would take it's own power away... if that's what your asking. but your question was kinda cryptic. but then again, this answer is just about as cryptic. know what i mean? i don't think paris would vote borat into dictatorship. :)
