hmmm... there is not much i can say now since everyone else answered... but what i would say is to combine those answers... like leave the windows open, spray some air fabreze (when you're done cooking of course) and also mabe have a fan blowing some air around circulating the air in the room... or put a fan in a nearby window and put it on reverse s it blows the smell outside. i also love venison... did you ever make the chili? it's so good. well anyway hope it helped. good luck =)

To answer your question: I have a friend who hangs the carcass from a tree in his backyard (to drain it--you know what I mean)--it's cold enough out so there's no flies getting at it. And the neighbors hate it, so it's a double win!

But if you're someplace warmer, you might want to invest in a tall cabinet of some kind (like a metal tool cabinet) where you can hang the carcass there and that might diminish the smell.

Mmmmmm venison!!!!

i love deer meat to and hate the smell to. this is some of the things that i do. any thing wioth tomatos will help, wash it real good, a little soy sauce help to. but the big thing is to kill it with one shot to have it drop where it stands, cause when it run is when the smell gets in the meat. those are some of the things that i have tried and they work. ok .. so happy hunting and cooking

You can have the deer processed elsewhere. There are many butchers that will take care of carcass disposal so you won't have the smell at your house.

If the dead deer is in your house, I would take it outside then spray your house with Febreeze.

I would say leave the windows open when you cook the deer.
