If a new resident of Ohio is not registered to vote as of today, is it still possible to vote? Using a provisional ballot, etc.?

no--Ohio has a 30 day prior to election deadline http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/PublicAffairs/VoterInfoGuide.aspx?Section=14

I'm sorry, but the cut-off to register in Ohio was October 10, provided you had been a resident for 30 days.

You should contact the board of elections in the county where you live. Try the yellow pages under government offices county. I live in Ohio and I think the last day to register to vote for this election was Tue Oct 10th. Like I said call the county board of elections and check on it. I wouldn't want to steer you wrong.

You should have voted absentee in your former state. Its your own fault.
