Josh Groban does an amazing version of Oh Holy Night.
Others that I love:
Song For A Winter's Night - Sarah McLachlan
Hey Santa - Carnie & Wendy Wilson
All I Want For Christmas Is You - Olivia Olsen (Love Actually soundtrack)
Santa Baby - Cynthia Basinet or PussyCat Dolls
Let It Be Christmas - Alan Jackson
Anything on Martina McBride's White Christmas cd is great
Baby It's Cold Outside - LeeAnn Womack & Harry Connick Jr
Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree - Brenda Lee

The song by the Waitress'. Drat - Can't think of the title. Has to do with missing connection with a guy and finally connecting while shopping for cranberry sauce.
Feels Like Christmas - this is on the Muppet's Christmas Carol movie. I've performed this and folks love it.
12 Days of Christmas - on the cd with John Denver and the Muppets. Calypso beat and just fun.
Snoopy vs. the Red Baron, Christmas version - Royal Guardsmen
The Bells of Christmas - by Julie Andrews. This may be hard to find. Very sweet.
Most songs on the first Twisted Christmas cd. The song called "Foreigners" may be off-limits these days, tho'.
The Carols of Christmas by Rod McKuen. Another oldie.
I could go on for pages but I'll be nice. Have fun with this.
