no one should ever be kept alive with medicine do you agreey or disagreey and why?

i agree medicine should help kept u alive, for example lets say your kid gets an infection and needs medicine or he will die, would u let him die, i don't think so

this is a hard one to answer in a sense.
I don't think that older people stuck in a nursing home who have little or no quality of life should be put on life support or have feeding tubes put in. I've seen that done on a lot of older people whose families rarely if ever came to visit. I think they do it out of guilt.
If a feeding tube is put in for a temporary situation, such as a car accident, and the person will recover, then I'm ok with it.
I do think that if it's your time, it's your time and no one, not even the best doctor in the world, can save you.
I figure if you haven't lived a good life and you're in your 70's, it's your own fault for not making the most out of life.

As each of us are different, so is our ability to live or die. I would say it depends on the circumstance, whether or not there was a possibility of living a normal life. There was a boy who was in a coma for 2 years, woke up and is going to make a full recovery. There are countless other stories that contradict this. As we are each unique, so is our ability to overcome and recover. Depends on the person!

I agree. When it's your time it's your time and your shouldn't try to extend a life when it will not be of the same quality.

So if you get a cold you don't want anything to keep you from getting pneumonia?
