my fiance's ex falsely acused me of inaproppriatley touching their 3 year old. An investagation was done and the case was close due to lack of evidence. I have a small child that was removed from my home because of the investagation.

Yes, and does not matter where in the world you live, the law states every where that if you were not convicted of a crime you can sue for stress they caused in your life and any damages to you and your family, I would call a lawyer and counter sue them now for this, especially when you lose your own child over this, that is not right. Good Luck on that! And sorry to hear it happens to innocent people.

You can sue for just about anything these days. A lady in Germany recently sued a "witch" (I think that's like a clairvoyant) because her predictions did not come true. The lady won!

yes you can if you can prove that child was taken away because of that false claim, but you would have to get the paper work and all the information from child services .
