100% - You use all of your brain. The old saying "Less than 10%" is just a wives tale.
This was covered in a recent book called "Why do men fall asleep after sex" by Mark Leyner & Dr. William Goldberg (Same author as "Why do men have nipples").
Though, you do not use your whole brain all the time. As seen on a CT scan, certain areas of the brain light up when in use. Depending on the activity, only certain areas of the brain will be in use at any given time. (Different areas of the brain preform different functions)

Usually only about 10-20% over 80% usage are for people with extreme brain usage, even over 30 would be a overfast thinker and feeling..and senser lol.

that people just use the 10% or 20% of their brains is just a myth, we use all of it, we just don't happen to use all of it simultaneously, just 10%-20% at a time. Its more efficient that way.
