It's actually spelt - Louis Vuitton - you can purchase one anywhere in the world not just where they are made. The are only available at select shops, but they are available in the US. You can tell if it's real or fake by the price, Vuitton is VERY VERY expensive (be prepared to pay thousands for a real Vuitton), anything fake will be much cheaper. My advice is search with the correct spelling and you might have some luck finding a picture or you can check out style.com, they might have some info.
