Some dumas in a computer programming class decided it would be funny to download 40,000 empty folders onto my computer. System reset has failed to remove them. Help!

right click, delete... make it even faster use the shift key.

If all the folder names are the same, use the search function to bring them all up. Then once they are all found, you can highlight and delete them all at once. Use Ctrl-A or your mouse to select them all, and press delete.

u can delete them by above method
go to the folder then go to the edit then click select all then press delete from ur keyboard it will ask for deletion confirmation say it yes and u r finally done !!!

if they are inside of single folder then just delete that one to get rid of the rest

go to where the folders are click contol a then shift delete

if they have a common name like "folder.plf" or some such you could use the msdos prompt to "delete folder*.plf" if the had consecutive numbers.

they all arein one big folder or?? Delete this one, otherwise delete them singular?
