Republicans have always wanted to cut veterans benefits, and to cut social security benefits for our war veterans, our war handicapped, and the families of our war dead. It is simply too expensive.

that is kinda like human beings saying football gamers do not should make the money they do (not that the pay between squaddies and athletes is everywhere close to an same!) - I say they are worth as a lot as we will pay them because they are risking their well being and existence each and every minute! Bush must be made to stay as a private in Iraq and on their pay with their advantages! possibly that would want to be his 'reward' for each area he's achieved as President!
