There are two schools of thought about Michael Myers, one being that the whole 'curse' theory was a mistake. He seems inhumanly strong but if the new movie (Rob Zombie's Halloween) were to offer an explanation (not saying it will) would you prefer:
- Michael under the curse of Thorn and thus an inhuman demonic type presence
or
- Michael as human as possible just void of any emotion, a shell containing all that is evil in humans?

Just to make any sort of sense, and to keep the dream (nightmare) alive, both he and Jason Vorhees must have a demon/supernatural connection - a beyond the grasp of death shell with a gripe against all that is evil - humans. They don't kill animals do they?

It would have to be one because if he was actually human he would be dead by now because of the amount of times he has been ran over, stabbed, punched, kicked, fell off balconys etc...

Depends when its set - didn't he have his head chopped off in the last one? If its set after that the 'human' theory would be difficult..

I think out of those two number one but why not have it a bit MORE imaginative like he was possesed or hes a ghost or something but i still think number one.
If you made number one a bit more frightening it would work. Number 2 would work if you made him kill himself after all his murders, his consience ripping him apart.
