do you like to exercise? I am sick and tired of my body (not too big or small) but every time i try to exercise i ended up eating too much to do something i am not suppose to do (eating bad stuff).

Yes, absolutely. Avoid having lots of Carbs, u'll end up with more weight. Follow regular walks, eat healthy food, and avoid eating junk. Your heart will be much younger. Believe me!

I agree...i HATE pointless exercise. It is boring and I feel very hungry after.

I have found that I need to do a steath exrcise. Exercise, without plan. I plan things like hiking in the woods, touring a museum, going downtown, to a county fair, or such...in otherwords, I exercise with a plan. I do a lot of walking this way and I enjoy it.

I do enjoy exercising but finding the time is the hard thing.

I LOVE exercising. I do Taebo so it keeps me from beating the crap out of annoying people. All the punching and kicking really excites me.

my diet is frankly $h!t, but i do do quite a bit of exercise, i go swimming 3 times a week, kick-boxing once a week and run cross country. i still consider myself 'fat' but there is nothing i can do, it runs in the family :(

i am enjoying swimming at the moment, my whole body just feels better after half an hour of swimming.
