Yes. I find it to be extremely helpful & very educational. Constructive criticism helps me excel in areas that need improvement most times, but there are also times when I listen & decide that I don't agree.

If warranted then why not .If you are being criticized by a
partner or a friend and you know that the criticism is warranted ,then you should accept it without questioning.
But maybe you would feel much different if it came from a complete stranger .I(I know I would.}
