I've always had a round face. I've lost about 52 lbs since last year but my face is still too round, or my cheeks are too chubby (I think at least). Is there a surgical procedure that can be done to possibly thin out my face? And if so, how much would it cost? Mind you i eat healthy and work out several times a day, its just my face hasn't thinned out as much as I'd like.

Congrats on the weight loss! I wouldn't go for the surgery just yet....Try making an appointment with a cosmetician and let her show you some makeup tricks. You can do some amazing things with a few well placed strokes of contoured blush....

Best of luck!

You know no matter how much weight we lose the face is one area that weight does not shift from also take into consideration your gene make up, if your face is natrually round anyway thats how your face will always be...why would you have surgery to thin your face?....i think that round faces make a person look a lot younger than a thin face that can sometimes look gaunt, and haggard, be glad with what you are blessed with.

Look at your parents , their facial structure will determine yours. Genes, genes, genes, that's what makes us all.

Your age would be important. Surgeries too young are not good. If you have lost 52 pounds in a year, do you have more to lose?

Try to find some good facial exercises, open and close your mouth wide about 10 times in a row. I have done this for years to avoid getting saggy.

I am old enough to be your Grandmother and have a tight neck and cheeks.
