i know this guy who pulls his hair over his balding head ..it looks absolutely fuqued up and noone tells him!!!!!!
when your with the guy all you can think about is this configuration on top of his head!!

If this guy is not a friend of yours, then you are just being cruel and should mind your own business.
If he is a friend, take his feelings into consideration. Obviously, he is insecure about being bald which is why he wears his hair that way. If you're intention is to help him, then offer constructive criticism but don't make fun of him. We all come with some kind of baggage.

Say nothing, he thinks he looks adorable. I know this one guy who bald headed on top and lets his hair grow out long on one side and flips it over to hide his baldness. All I can do is think to myself....OMG!

Look him right in the eyes and say, "Listen Bob or whomever, your comb over is looking like shat here lately. How about trying the completely bald look." You see this way he gets the facts and a solution.

Chances are, he knows it is stupid looking. Ask him in private if he has thought about a more modern hair style? If you can't do that, then make a joke of it. Man, have you had that style since the 50's.

I knew a guy who wore a manwig and it looked so horrble on him. I mean u could tell it was so fake. Anyway be honest and tell the truth. It may hurt but it's better then lying.
