Hi,

Hypocrisy is a quality. That too a bad one.
If it is in one's nature to be hypocrite, how can that person not be hypocrite to himself as well ?
How can a person with such predominant bad quality of hypocirsy be true to one self ?

He may be able to be true to himself for some time, a short time.
But the bad quality in him will dominate soon afterwards and he will again become untrue to himself.

So, No. This is not possible.

Hypocrites try to fool others, hence, they are making themselves the biggest fools in the process. They lie to others, because they lie to themselves. How can you be true to yourself and be a hypocrite at the same time?

If you're "hypo-critical," it refers specifically to your lack of self-criticism. If you were a hypocrite about everything, you could have your own show on Fox News, but it's not likely that you would become true to yourself in the process.

A hypocrite is in denial about oneself and fabricates to themselves to boost their ego (self-reliance). Two faced is the best definition. Since they are not self reliant, and surely need others to play off of to substantiate their beliefs sooner or later they are exposed to themselves and then no becomes the answer to your question.

You are contradicting yourself.

If you were a hypocrite you will NOT be true to yourself. That is why you called so.

If you are openly admitting that you are a hypocrite then how can you deny that you are not?

A person who's not honest with himself would never be honest with anyone else. The opposite holds true.
