Its the hormones, dude. The fluctuation of hormones can be over whelming for the ladies sometimes. Just sit back, it can get very ugly.

Read a report some years ago that said research showed females engaged in violent behavior (punching/kicking/pinching) four times as often as men but their behavior was only reported about 1/20th of that of men (embarrassment factor of men). I don't know the accuracy of this research. But I DO know that while I never hit or slapped my ex Sherlyn, she put me in ER three times (usually an object from behind). Now she did have a prescription drug addiction...but her friends acted similar. And of course, I never reported her or anything.

I think guys and girls are both equally capable of being violent.
