You can't stop thinking about someone

you get overly excited when they call you
You think about the future with them
You doodle on paper about them
you do everything for them
you stare at their picture several times a day

Infatuation is fleeting desire -- one set of glands calling to another. It is marked by a feeling of insecurity. You are excited and eager but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and pieces about the relationship that you would just as soon not examine too closely. It might spoil the dream.

Infatuation has an element of sexual excitement. Whenever you are together, you hope it will end in intimacy. Love is not based on sex. It is the maturation of friendship that makes sex so much sweeter. You must be friends before you can be lovers.
Infatuation lacks confidence. When he's away, you wonder if he's being unfaithful. Sometimes, you check.
Love means trust. You are calm, secure and unthreatened. He feels your trust and it makes him even more trustworthy. Infatuation might lead you to do things you will regret, but love never steers you in the wrong direction.
Love is elevating. It lifts you up. It makes you look up. It makes you better than you were before.

You know you're in love when: every time that person is around you, you get all warm, tingly, and gitty inside/all you want to do is constantly hold their hand/have the biggest smile on your face everytime you talk to that person or talk about that person/you are willing to make the ultimate commitment to that person to the point that you're ready to spend the rest of your life with that ONE person.
If you have any of that, you're in love!

Kate why do you just copy and paste from another site? I was together with my girlfriend almost two years before I told her I loved her. You just get a feeling you can't explain. Its kinda like your a kid with a crush, and are nervous to tell the person.

oh!!!!! come on people say that love happens itself its not to make by own-self and when it happens whomever u like u just want to be close to him, stay every time with him, listen his words, you want him always in front of u, u forget to eat , sleep do any sort of activities . buy i still don't know what happens but may be they are right because some of my frens have fallen in love and they are real lovers and real witness as well.

well i am in love but in a woman that is already married with a friend of mine we haven`t made sex yet and am not sure if it will happen or not but all i know that i don`t care if it happends or not
she told me she loves me and i told her as well, she givesme power to live i give her power to live and to continue with our different lives, we are very close friends as well ,and we both know that we can not live without eachother hey ,this is very tough love whenyou know that the one you love is sleeping with another guy because she`s his wife and i am nothing but i still love her ...this is love
