If you like wine (or just like drinking) try Vinopolis. It's a wine museum in London. It sounds a bit stuffy but it's actually a really fun time, especially if you have some friends to take along with you. Everyone I know who's been there had a good time excepting one girl who doesn't drink. You get wine tasting coupons with your admission ticket. Very good time. http://www.vinopolis.co.uk/

Take a (free) ride on the Carsten Holler slides at the Tate Modern.
Great fun!!

They're free but you need to pick up tickets in the main turbine hall.
The sildes on levels 4 and 5 are the best (and fastest).

Go to Ligsy's Birthday Party!! Sounds a cool idea. Um, can I come too?

Or go to the Tate Modern and go down the big slides of the new installation! Then go to the party!

I just came back to the States after a nice visit to England, one of my favorite places was Beaulieu. Here is a link to the site, lots to see there. There is an admission fee of 15 pounds.
