When does a new movie become a available on internet?

Can it become available for download even before it comes out on dvd?

I don't think so, unless your talking about something illegal! If you don't already, try searching for movies from cinemanow.com and/or movielink.com. These sites are legal and charge for movie downloads. Their are thousands of movies in their site. But I don't think movies are available before they are released in stores.

check out www.mirc.com and download that program. you can download movies from there right when they come out in the theater. make sure to read the tutorial to learn how to use it.
