The basic rule is that you don't want your teeth any whiter than the whites of your eyes. If they already are the same color, leave them alone. If they're a little yellower than the whites of your eyes, you might want to do some Crest White-strips or something equally low-impact, so you don't end up with blindingly white, Regis Philbin freak teeth. Stay away from zoom bleaching and all the other tooth whitening services that dentists offer, because they're really meant for people with horribly stained teeth, and they can cause your tooth enamel to break down over time.

As for the rest of you makeup, it sounds nice, but with your hair color, you might want to go with a dark brown eyeliner instead of black, to avoid that goth-princess look. Try Cover Girl Perfect Point eyeliner in Espresso. That's what I use and I have the same hair color you do.

On a comparative groundwork, tooth whitening toothpastes in most cases don't seem to be viewed to be essentially the most mighty form of enamel whitening merchandise to be had, mainly on the grounds that their final result is just one of taking out superficial particles versus developing a real interior colour difference as is the case with peroxide-centered whiteners. However, there can also be instances whilst a whitening toothpaste is the first-rate alternative. One of the seen methods to scale down staining of the tooth and advertise healthful gums is by means of ingesting tons of water. Drinking plenty of water steers you clear of ingesting fluids which are darker and have a tendency to stain or discolor tooth. Coffee, tea, and notably darkish coloured soda's are a few of the most sensible beverages that go away stains on tooth. An occasional beverage that results in staining isn't a trouble. Constant intake of those varieties of drink isn't conducive to tooth whitening.

You can buy the whitening gels, toothpastes, ect...or you can go the cheap route and swish with a little bit of diluted peroxide...just keep in mind that all of these things (especially the peroxide) put tiny holes in your enamel dulling the natural shine of your teeth over time and potentially making them more vunerable to cavaties.

yep whiter teeth always look better. there are two ways u can whiten or give illusion of whiter teeth
1. crest white strips (love those things...they really work)
2. get a tan (the more tan ur skin is contrasts with the color of ur teeth making them appear whiter)

i get comments on my teeth all the time (esp if its under a black light...they glow!)

Love crest white strips. Gave me a more natural white look, like I had when I was a teen. I think you will be pleased with them.
