How much will it cost to send a picture postcard?

They're memoirs of our foreign travel and I wanna share them with a distant friend in Kashmir who doesn't have access to the web.

Tell me how much worth of stamps should I use. Hurry.

if i were you i would stick the postcard in a regular envelope and put on the normal amount of stamps as you would for a letter. every time i have sent lovely postcards they have been stolen by people that collect postcards (probably disgruntled postal workers) from now on i just put them in an envelope and mail as normal
