Theres this recipe this pro soccer player used to use,and swore by it ,its cut onions& tomatoes in slices and lay them on the bruise,it should go away in a day or two.By the way his name was SLOBO from the Steamers in St.Louis

You don't get it out. But you could cover it up some with clothing bandages or make up. But If you got the bruise out you would have to worry about fainting from loss of blood from when you cut the chunk out.

For the most part, it has to go away on it's own. Stay hydrated and if that is still to long, get a leech. The leech will suck the dead blood away and your bruise will be gone.

umm...what are you talking about???...if you have a bruise then you should leave it alone and in a few days it should go away!!!...A bruise isn't something that is in you its something that is on you!

you cant get it out, all u can do is cover it up w/ makeup
