Bubbles shouldn't be a problem. The sharks are usually territorial. Definitly keep an eye on it. Might need to rehome him. Make sure there's lots of caves, rocks, plants for him to hang out and the other fish to hide in.

The bubbles forming at the top of the water is actually good and nothing to worry about. If the red tail shark is in a community tank there will be problems. A red tail shark is a semi-aggressive fish. It will chase around and nip at other fish if they are considered peaceful and need to be in a community tank only. The chasing from the red tail shark may lead the other fish to become too stressed and they may die eventually. Take the red tail shark out, or provide plenty of ornaments and caves for the fish to hide and feel secure and just watch the situation.

Bubbles are normal and good for fish....they need oxygen too! Some red tails can be a bit aggressive or it could be stress. Change the water and clean the tank regularly and make sure the Ph balance is good.
