Go straight back to hospital, it really does sound like you are miscarrying. I did exactly the same thing in May.
The will do a pregnancy test, check your bloods and do a scan.
I know it's really scarey for you, but you really do need to be seen.
Take care x

Damn sweetie, it sounds like you are having a miscarriage. I hate to say that but I am afraid that is the only answer.
Do you have a doctor that you can call? Even just a family doctor? If you have an OB/GYN I would call them ASAP.
As to whether or not you should go back to the ER that is up to you. You have been there and you pretty much know what to expect.
Aside from calling the doctor there is little that can be done. Stay in bed, have someone that loves you there if possible, drink plenty of liquids and take care of yourself.
HOWEVER.....IF the bleeding becomes profuse, the pain becomes unbearable or if you seem to be passing large clots etc., go to the hospital.
You really should be in touch with your doctor to make sure that the miscarriage is what they call "complete"....if there are any little bits of tissue left in your uterus it can cause prolonged bleeding and you may need a D&C. Some doctors will want to do blood work to check to see where the levels of hormones are. Some doctors do absolutely nothing. It just depends.
This is a really sad time for you and if there is someone who understands and can offer you some comfort then reach out to them. Often your husband or lover may not be able to comfort you as he is wrapped up in his own feelings. Sometimes another woman is more understanding.
I have been there and I understand what you are going through.
If there is anything I did not answer or any more that I can do to help please feel free to write to me and I will respond right away.
Take care of yourself.
Love and Blessings

I have heard of some women bleeding in the beginning but most women don't. Seeing that you are cramping, I would be very concerned. Go back to the hospital and demand an ultrasound. I ended up having a miscarriage after my second baby and I to was bleeding. Don't waist any more time. Get yourself to the hospital.

Good Luck!

If the pain has increased you need to see a doctor right away. I've been bleeding since 7 weeks, sometimes heavier than others and having cramps that some days make me want to cry they hurt so bad, I also have the threatened abortion diagnosis, but I'm 10 weeks and 3 days right now and the baby looks fine. So it could just be something you experience, but don't give up hope! Anytime anything changes, heavier bleeding or more painful cramping you need to contact a health care professional right away, it's better to be overly cautious than to miss something. Good luck, and like I said, don't give up, it's possible to make it through this.

You should go to the hospital. If you do miscarry they have to admit you and do a d&c anyways. Plus, it could be a tubal pregnancy with all the pain. Have you had an ultrasound? That usually check for it during the early ultrasound most doctors order. Bleeding like that is NOT normal in a pregnancy. Implantation bleeding is light and usually lasts less than a day.

Spotting is normal when you are in the first couple months. Bleeding that much is not normal. I would not take anything that causes your blood to thin such as aspirin. Take non-aspirin medication and call your doctor. They should have a nurse on call to answer your questions. I am pretty sure she is going to tell you to go the emergency room and get an ultrasound done. Good luck.

Call your doctor and go back to the hospital. if you have or are going to lose the baby then you really need to be check out.

You need to know if you lost your baby because you could need a d&c to clean your uterus.

If you didn't lose the baby then you need to be on bed rest.

I can't believe the hospital isn't being more helpful in this.
Good luck to you.

If it was just bleeding I would say take it easy and try not to worry. If you are cramping that bad I would go back to the hospital. You could be miscarrying. They can check for sure. I know it suck to be poked and prod-ed but it is better than stressing. Good luck
