When Viewing in Internet explorer you can either do a screen capture or file/save as to save the document

Highlight the whole thing. Hit ctrl-c. Open a new word document. Hit ctrl-v. The whole thing has now been copied and pasted on your word document. Save it.

click on file in ur toolbar, click on save as. name the file as resume and save it either in .html format or .txt format

Copy and paste it into a word doc.
