i have a comcast dig. cable box can anyone tell me how to get the dvr content to my pc to burn? thanks?

Most people may say this isn't possible, however, here it is:

Required parts:

1x pc
1x tv tuner card (I love hauppauge)
1x coax cable running from the cable box to the tuner card

Hook up the cable box to the tuner card and run the tuner software. Most tuner software allows you to press the record button and record the incoming feed. Once you are recording hit play on the recording on the DVR.

When it is finished playing hit stop on the software and then burn the project in Nero or equivilant. If you have nero vision you can even edit the commercials out and delete the extra stuff at the beginning and end of the recording.
