how do u get a new phone using ur phone insurance....?

i have a cingular phone. and i have an account on there internet login. i need to get a new phone b/c mine is broken. i have phone insurance but the people at the cingular store told me to go on line. and the internet is telling me to go to the store. how do i get a new phone simply with out haveing to do all dis crap. and not pay any xtra money....

You need to get a hold of Cingular via their 1866 number.. (1866 Cingular) I beleve that is the number. Call them and ask them for the number to file an insurance claim.

The insurance comapny is usually a third party company and will take your claim and process the new phone. You'll be required to send the old equipment back and usually pay a 50dollar deductable.. Hope this helps!!
