if i went to college to be a web designer, what would be the curriculum and how long would it take, ANNDD how much do they make a year. Can anyone suggest any similar careers that pay really good that doesn't involve alot of math (i hate math)

The real money is in programing you won't need maths but you will need a head for coding and detail.
I would take a short course in web design if that is what you want to do, look for week long courses that would be enough for the basics and to get you started on making sites. Then set up your own and try and charge through that - you can charge as much as people will pay, so as long as you get your self known and get people to email you will offers you could do ok.
