here's the deal: 5 year anniversary with the guy. going out to celebrate.

I found a beautiful red dress! I'm 5'5, with Porcelin yellow-undertoned skin, very thin, very dark brown hair, blue-ish eyes.

What should I do about makeup? I want to look breathtaking and different. I ususally wear foundation, black eyeliner, and some bronzer across my cheeks. I'd like something more dramatic without looking like a clown!

Light colored eyes look best with natural colors, browns and beiges highlight the eyes better than black, try a brown eyeliner over a light brown or beige shadow. Try a pink blush across your cheeks, and a pale pink lip gloss. If your hair is long sweep it up into a french twist, it's a very classic hair style, use moose and a little hair spray. If your hair is short also use the moose to add volume. Add a little bling with your dress by wearing a diamond or ruby necklace, and maybe a tennis braclet. Also a pair of diamond studs in your ears would complete the elegant package.

Good luck and congrats on 5 years!

Well, To be honest I don't go with dramatic. i want to know have you ever gone natural for one whole day or do you always have to put make-up on? If you have never gone natural then either get the powder that matches your skin EXACTLY! Buff it on very lightly, put light lip gloss on and light brown eyeliner on or just go natural!! This will make him look twice and most likely love it! Men love the natural look, even though they don't say it. I am not really a make-up fan, but with a red dress you could try the medium red lipstick with a dark eyeliner and a blush that is just a little bit darker than your skin. I would not put liquid cover up on, so my suggestion would be powder. Liquid just ends up being so thick that it is hard to lighten if you put to much on and it weighs you facial skin downwards. It can also absorb so deep into your skin that you can have lots of prblems with acne. The main thing you would want to do to surprise your guy do your hair different more than your make-up that is what will really catch his attention!

I'm a fan of the smokey eyes with a dramatic thick eyeliner and fake eyelashes!!!

I love fake lashes. Be sure you go more for volume than length to make them look dramatic but not fake.

Then focus on your hair. I would try my best to achieve as much volume and wave as possible since your hair is normally thin (and I assume straight) To make you looks totally glamourous. Good luck!

you want to but your hair up with a bump and a curl by the side of your ear then but your foundation on with real thin black eye liner to define the color and shape with your eyes. Then put on a light pink blush not to dramatic cuz you dress is already red just to give face color and bring out check bones. If have a bronze put some on over the blush but on top of check. lightly. then soft pink glossy lipstick. eye shadow can be smokey or just brush the blush over you eyelids for a natural color.. have fun but the dress will compliment your face if its light make up. let me know how it goes or what you decide to do..

you may want to attempt Maybelline BB Cream for a lighter seem. starting up sensible, you may want to attempt Rimmel stay Matte starting up (My cutting-edge fashionable!) in case your pores and skin is oily, then use powder. i take advantage of Rimmel stay Matte powder and it quite works large. My cutting-edge pores and skin care products are from Olay, yet I also love Garnier and Nivea. For makeup might want to-haves - mascara (black or brown, searching on how organic you want it.) Eyeliner (back, black or brown, brown being more effective organic) Lipgloss (mild pink or sparkling) Blush (mushy, sheer pink colour) and as suggested till now, powder and bb cream or starting up in case you visit a drugstore, you're somewhat beaten in any respect the various manufacturers and products (i comprehend i became!) yet make the effort, and go by it one step at a time. Definatly check out Rimmel and Maybelline. desire I helped

I think you sound pretty so you won't need much makeup. Try wearing neutral makeup. That can really make a difference if people are used to you with a lot of it. Or you could wear some sparkly eyeshadow...your choice, really...
