Congratulations - you're a victim of the Pregnancy Stupids!!! It'll pass in about 3-4 weeks. There isn't really anything you can do about it. Sorry. You'll feel great during your 2nd trimester. Get as much done for the baby then. And after that, you'll be huge and swollen and tired all the time AND the Stupids come back. My boys are 9,4 and 2 and I STILL have Stupid Moments. It's just a sad fact of motherhood. Kids steal your IQ points. I think I'll get them back someday, but til then, I just deal with it.
Good luck and best wishes for you and Baby!!!

Don't have coffee on an empty stomach, have it when you have asnack or something. Are you sleeping enough? Are you getting up way earlier that when work starts, try to sleep as late as possible before getting up for work. Do you have a 15 minute break, go in your car and lie down for 15 minutes, just set your phone alarm so you don't snooze into lunch! I know it is hard, but you will have more energy in the second trimester.

You have pregnancy brain lol. It will pass...of course, mine didn't til after the baby came and some days I think it's still here lol. I hate to eat in the morning, but try to force yourself to have some cereal or something besides coffee. I am a coffee freak so I can sympathize with you. I tried to stick to no more than one or two cups and made sure I ate first and that seemed to help get me through til lunch time :) Good luck and happy pregnancy!!!!!!

yea i wouldn't suggest drinking coffee anymore because that has alot of caffienne and that's not good for your baby. there's really nothing you can do about being so tired except try to rest whenever you get a chance. you are in the time right now when feeling tired is at it's peak. you will fade out of that in the second trimester. i felt alot more energized in my second trimester. however when you get to the end of your pregnancy, you will start feeling really tired again. i am 37 weeks and i feel like i can't get enough sleep. i just can't wait till all this is over with so i can be more energized and be myself again.

in the beginning of my pregancy coffee made me sick for the first 3 months so i drank tea. tea has caffeine in it or i drank coke.
i was pretty clumsy too. well that stayed with me throughout my pregnancy. my thing was forgetting to pay bills and documenting my checks. so i had an unbalanced checkbook. my credit score went from a 760 score to a 690 in those 38 weeks.
things that came to me so naturally was not. i went from getting ready for work in 20 min to needing 1 hour and i 'd still forget something.
so i hope it makes u feeling better that u are not alone.
u r exhausted because your body needs rest so that your baby can grow. remember that your body is at work right now protecting and nourishing your baby.

Can you change your work hours from noon to 8:00? Does food help? Maybe you need a little snack. Remember, it will pass. When that wonderful little bundle of joy is born you will forget all of the hardships.

Drink OJ instead, take a break to splash cold water in your face to help wake up. Listen to music. Also make sure you eat a breakfast high in protein like eggs. Have your Dr. check to make sure your Iron is OK too. If it's low that could cause you to be tiered.

Sounds normal to me. It will get better after you pass the 1st trimester. You don't have many weeks left for that. Usually in the second trimester, you get a little burst of energy.
Hang in there.
I had my baby in May and I still have Mommy Brain. I can relate.

Are you eating well? I hate to put it this way but embryos are like parasites and you need to replenish alot of nutrients. You need about 500 more calories a day then what you used to have.
