writing a persuasive speech on adoption?

i need help in my intro ! i need to talk about persuasive people to adopt national instead of internationa!

If your position is that you want people to adopt nationally, really take some time to think about why you think that should happen. Focus your opinion.
Next, you need three key points to back up your opinion. One might be that there is overcrowding in orphanages in the country because so many people are adopting internationally. Another might be that you think people should focus on the problems within their own country before looking outside. In your intro, all you need to do is state your opinion CLEARLY, then summarize those ideas in a sentence or two. After that, dedicate one paragraph to each of your three points. Then sum it all up in your conclusion, adding no new information.
Your intro might be set up like this.
1. Give an example or quote that your reader can relate to to begin and get the reader into the mood and feel of the topic.
2. State your opinion on the topic clearly, so the reader will know where you stand.
3. Summarize the three points you will write/speak about, but do not use the words "I am going to tell you about..."

Those are the three points you need in your intro.
