When you are "lobbying" you are not exactly "bribeing" but you are giving specific reasons for why anything certain should be fixed or yada yada. I know I just returned from D.C a few weeks ago from Lobbying congress to stop child soldiering in Northern Uganda, and we didn't say we will do this if you do this. We just gave them the facts and presented them to congress and asked them to help stop it.

I hope this helps if you need anymore questions I suggest wikipedia, or I can ask my best friend, he's really into lobbying, i actually went to D.C with him. so i will find out more for you if i can.

The people that make the laws are the same people that except lobbying "gifts". They are not going to make it illegal because then they could not benefit anymore.

Your being Gifted..ie payed off to vote in their favor. Its all slimy, but what do you expect when they vote themselves raises.Their own private social security system, which they probably haven't bankrupted like ours.I'm a disabled veteran, try living on $900.00 a month *******.There average earnings are $189,000 a yr. to start. They get the amount they retire at, for life too.Wow,this sounds really fair to me.Its enough to make us all puke!
