Take it to a tire repair shop.

If you have access to air and a parts store you can repair the tire your self. You need to pick up a tire repair kit-it should have some tire plugs that have adhesive on them and two tools-one to enlarge the hole the other to install the plug. Just follow the directions on the package it comes in. You also must make sure the hole is not on the side wall (any were from the base of the road tread and were it meets the rim)if it is you will need to replace the tire. You can't plug a side wall because it flexes to much and the plug will let air out and if the tire gets to hot it can cause a blow out. If you can't afford a new tire most tire stores will sell you a good used tire cheep...Good Luck...

You have to get it repaired. The products that do "quick-seal" only last a short time.

I am assuming that you can't get the wheel off the vehicle. It went on, so it will come off. WD40 (or oil) on the studs and nuts will loosen the rust. Put a long pipe on your tire iron for more leverage.

I don't suggest you try to take the tire off the rim. But if you need to, soak the bead (the part of the tire that meets the rim) with varsol. Then lever the tire off the rim. Plug the hole. (If the hole is in the sidewall, you can't repair it...you must replace.) Use lots of varsol and lever the tire back onto the rim.

Best to take it to a garage though.

Use quick-seal or any such product, or you can get a tire repair kit from any auto accessory store and repair it yourself. If you don't want to do any of those take it to your local tire store.
