Well, the formula for the circumference of a circle is diameter * pi, so...

if the wheel rolls 5 times, we know that 5 circumferences is 80 pi, thus one circumference is 80 pi / 5 = 16 pi

Since 16 pi is the circumference, which is (by definition) diameter * pi, the diameter is 16 feet.

16

80 x pi = 251.2
251.2 / 5 revolutions = 50.24 = circumference of the circle
circumference of a circle = pi x diameter = 50.24
diamter = 16
