At home Diarrhoea - if at someone else's house, would definitely prefer to save embarrassment and be constipated...can always grab the prunes on the way home :)

Constipation is the worse. just sitting there trying to squeeze it out really hurts and it takes up a lot of energy even to the point were you get so mad and want to cry because every time you think its coming it goes right back up lol. I think Diarrhea is better because it just flows out and once its out you feel 100 pounds lighter i know some times you may get a lil crampy feeling but hey its better then sitting there with a possibility that you may have to use an enema lmao. I have a little Mini song as well. When your climing up a latter and you hear something splatter? Diarrhea, Diarhea lol

Diarrhea . Because then you'd have to be near a bathroom 24/7 and not be able to do alot of fun things. While constipation, on the other hand is just as bad, you don't have to always run to the bathroom. Don't ask me how I know haha.

Constipation for sure...
I know when you get Diarrhoea you sometimes get a sore bum, but i had constipation so bad once that finally when i managed to go i actually split myself and to go to the doctor to get it fixed cos it wouldn't stop bleeding :-(

I have constipation daily.If I have very occasional diarrhoea it a pleasure, so constipation is the answer.
