Next time you see her this is what you do. Casually, you both happen to be in the same place and you say: "I've seen you around; I'm Joe. How are you doing today?" If she gives her name, put out your hand and shake it. Then everytime you see her, say "Hi, Jane, hows it goin'". Do this for a few weeks. THEN: you ask her to lunch. "hey, where do you like to eat lunch?" "ME TOO...great...let's meet there tomorrow...my treat!" It's only lunch. One hour of your time. Then you have her all to yourself so make the most of it talking about HER. If she likes you, you'll know it. And maybe do the lunch thing a couple of times; then ask for a real date. I think that you should just go up to her and talk to her and ask her if she has a men and if she say no tell her you like her and if she want to go with you.
