Best One I know of in that Area is Cupside in Gandia, I used them to buy and to sell, simply go the page and click on the union jack for English, Gandia is about 10 minutes drive from Oliva

Go on Investabroadproperties.com they have some really nice properties all over Spain and other countries too!
