In the mist of all this shame, shouldn't Kerry step down from the Senate?

I think also to show good faith to the American people, every Democrat that has bashed our President and Troops as Kerry did in the Middle of a War also should Step down TODAY!

It's only right

your thoughts.......

I guess the freedom of speech doesn't apply to Democrats in Congress. Also, when a Democratic Party President is in office, if all the Democrats step down today, then the Republicans will step down when they bash that President. Fair is Fair. Last I heard there were not separate rules. Personally, I think most all of Congress should step down because they have forgotten what we in their states sent them there to do.

Yes, Kerry should not speak-period. His comments are uncalled for and horrible. I will not argue with that. The Head of the Democratic Party should be taking Kerry & Dean out of the public eye and figuring out how to rope the party together. These two are just out of control.

The time is long overdue for BOTH of the Senators from the state of Massachusetts to resign, but that won't happen. They have their agendas, and besides, who else would hire them?

Maybe they would relent and at least take the trigger locks off the historic Revolutionary War flintlock muskets in the Massachusetts Capitol Building? It looks a little stupid.

On the other hand, if Kerry had a trigger lock on his grenade launcher in Vietnam, he couldn't have fired it at a rock and stuck a tiny sliver of shrapnel 1/8 of an inch into his arm and claimed a Purple Heart for his injury. Waste of a grenade and a Band-aid.

The level of ignorance exemplified by this question - and most of the "answers" to it - is EXACTLY what John Kerry was referring to. If every politician - regardless of party affiliation - who had ever made a thoughtless or ill-phrased comment was asked to step down, the halls of Congress would be even emptier than they are now.

Where is your outcry of indignation over politicians - including the President - who have been shown to be outright LIARS? I find it incredibly hypocritical that certain people can so casually pick & choose the issues with which to express such indignation.

Incidentally, in reading over many of the questions and answers posted in this category, it's almost laughable how transparent the "voting" has become. I think I could get a less biased depiction from Fox News.

Yes . John Kerry should have resigned a long time ago-especially when it became public knowledge that he is honored & his photo is in the Communist War Remnant Museum in Ho Chi Minh as a HERO WHO HELPED WIN THE VIET NAM WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES . It's incredible that this man is even allowed to be a U.S. senator . He sided with the enemy then against our military & caused numerous P.O.W.'s torture because of his anti-American statements ; and he again gives aid & comfort to the enemy -because while our troops are being killed -John Kerry calls them stupid and uneducated .

You are right Mr John Kerry should resign and Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton and the mayor of Los Angels, when he talks to the Americans is inti illegals and when he talks to the illegal aliens he's pro amnesty, double standards and lies, no good. All Democratic/Liberals have too resign or voted out of office.

If ALL the Demorats resigned, who would we have left to laugh at? Kerry? He needs to find a nice, deep hole (like Sodamn Insane was found in), crawl into it and disappear - forever. He was worse than useless in Nam (read the book "Unfit For Command") and he is even more useless now. He isn't even a good Kennedy wannabe anymore.
