mine's abigail and i find it too girly...but it means joy of the father which i find quite apt as i was always a bit of a daddy's girl growing up

Ann and i love it as it's my mums name and i adore my mum so i have to adore her name too.

Owen. When I was a kid I hated it. Now I'm quite happy with it. Abigail is beautiful name. Abby is great too. I'm sure your father is a proud man. Don't worry about your name. Its the person that matters.

I think Abigail is a sweet name...and so is the meaning behind it. My middle name was Fay, which I think is too country. When I got married, I dropped it, and now use my maiden name as my middle name (Conley). I love it, because I feel like I am complimenting my family name by holding on to it. :)

Marie...and I dislike my first name alot more than my middle.
Chaelsie Marie.....ugh.
"Chael" because my dad's name is Mi'chael' and the rest because both of them were effed up when I was born - hence, the effed up name.
I like Abigail!! I'll trade you....even though 'Abigail' wouldn't sound right with my name......

Dawn - the story behind it is more interesting than the name. My father was in the navy while my mom was pregnant with me. They were deciding on names and while on the ship, my father happened upon the sky which was now approaching "Dawn" thus my name. Go figure...

Mine's Anna-Maria Have Italian family so how many other cousin share the same name?. It's a bit like that scene in my big fat greek wedding.

My middle anme is Ella. No I don't like it but I am named after my Great Grandmother whom my father was very close to as a child. I have learn't to put up with it after all no one has to know or call me by that.

I wasn't given a middle name and I always wished I had one, I never forgave my parents for not doing so, but I have 4 children and gave them all a middle name

Quincey-Quigley. Yeah I got stuck with the dreaded double middle name. Doesn't really bother me that much but it makes filling out forms a pain.
