i dont get it, why didn't pocahontas go off with Captain smith (coiln farrell) after she new he was a live ???
Why stay with the over guy (Christian Bale) is this true to life or just a bad ending !!

It is true, she married John Rolfe. It's not just for the movie. And personally I would go with Christian Bale, than Colin Farell.

There is no suggestion in any of the historical records that Smith and Pocahontas were lovers. This romantic version of the story appears only in fictionalized versions of their relationship.
