Well as we all know aliens speak perfect english in an american accent so I feel that the Americans feel it is their duty to take command, prehaps the aliens mis judged their landing and landed in Brazil by mistake, after all aliens always seem to visit America usually don't they? Instead of all the other countries available to them.
