I Would Like To Know How To Make Flash Animation Text Banners, You Know Some Time People Make Banners And They Words Be Flashing. Thats What I Want To Make, I Tried Using Paint Shop Pro 9 And Animation Shop, But When I Do It Just Shakes, So I Would Like To Know I'am I Doing Something Wrong. Or Do Have To Use Another Software.

That is actually an animated GIF file. The way it works is like paper that you have a different picture on and shuffle it so you see movement. Basically, you can make changes that are different between each "frame" (just like a movie).
