prokaryotes have no membrane bounded organelle. its the opposite of eukaryotes. prokaryotes if they have a cell wall is not made up of cellulose but proteins and carbs. the prokaryotes are also smaller than eukaryotes. the ribosomes are the only organelle which is present in prokaryotes.ribosomes are also present in eukaryotes.

Prokaryotic cells are less complex than eukaryotic cells at several levels. Eukaryotic cells are structurally & biochemically more complex, and are considered to represent a later stage of evolution
