Like others have mentioned already, you may go to the history section in your toolbar/view menu. However, there are ways to delete those files. If your interested in finding a key logger though, I cannot help you. Although I recommend you have a decent spyware and anti virus program before obtaining a key logger.
By the way, if you do not know what a key logger is: It is a program that records every button pushed on the keyboard(hence the name). Aside from that, I know nothing about key loggers....

- Search for a keylogger in any search engine (some of them are 4 free).
- Use The built-inwindows features:
1) Start->Documents (will sow you recent opened documents)
2) Right Click MyComp ->Manage -> Event Viewer (will show you when someone has logged in, what applications caused what errors and a lot of other info)

Press the VIEW line and scroll down to Explorer....click on HISTORY and it will give you info on previous useage as set by the initial computer settings...I use it all the time to recall a website and check on my youngest childs activity when I'm not home!!!

You need a logger software for the same.. but be careful.. most of the loggers are syware in disguise and send your activity details to others on the net..

You should have an icon on your toolbar at the top of the screen called "History" where you can see websites that have been visited.
