Your best bet is to call an air foce recruiter or go to http://www.airforce.com/ to get specific information. Generally, you've have to take a test called the Armed Forces Vocational Aptitude Battery. It's a test that takes a couple of hours and tests you on all sorts of various skills. There will also be a trip to the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) during which you'll be fingerprinted, and get a complete physical examination, including blood testing for alcohol and drug use. I'm not sure about the specific qualifications for the Air Force, but I do know that you have to be a US citizen and you have to be 18 (or 17, if your parents will sign the consent form), and you generally have to have a high school diploma. Sometimes they will accept a GED, but not always.

High school graduate and they do the medical exam.
There is also an AFQT (qualify test) that determines which training schools you can attend. There is no obligation to take the test. You can take it & still decide not to enlist.
Talk to a local recruiter, and if you have a college degree, you can enter officers school.

Go to airforce.com they have a link where you put your name,adress,ph number in like 2 days they'll get a hold of you ask all the questions you may have...OHHH and smart choice in joining the Air Force it's the best branch in my opinion...much love to the other branches...
