I agree, I think it's too late now. During the days before the first of the month you may have been able to say it was a trial period and you don't want to go through with it..
Do what the other post said, give her 30 days "now" and then she's out by the end of the month.
Unless you put something in the lease stipulating "noise or certain house rules" then you will have to wait.
Take care..

She would probably have to have the required notice to move out- is it in the lease- and are there rules about ph calls after a certain time and coming in late??? She had pd her mo- so she can stay- unless she does not want to-Specific guidelines that address those issues would be a good idea in the next lease- D

If it has only been a couple of days, offer her back the payment for the month, give her a week to find another place, and kindly tell her, your sorry - the arrangment is not going to work out as planned.

Takes a month to evict/give notice, etc. to anyone, in any state, I think. Sharing a domicile is a tricky legal situation, and should be carefully considered. Just keep her from damaging your property, and get her out in a month.

Get your own phone & your own key. And if this doesn't work a new roomate unless you want to have it out with her about you being allowed to come & go as you please. It sounds like different lifestyles which are not working when thrown together. Take action & make a decision quick so you don't have to be miserable too long.

before your problem gets out of hand, you did agree to lease to her before knowing her habits and unfortantely i think you are stuck with the lease for the month if not by law at least by moral standards, you should talk to her about your concerns, ask her to come in more quietly if she is going to come in late and tell her the walls are paper thin and you hate to ease-drop on her conversations but you can't help it if she is going to talk so loud, good luck with this!!!

Sorry, I just have to vent. How can anybody be so stupid .Do you purchase a house or car without checking it out first. I hope she is there a long time. You got what you deserved. How can an idiot like you live to adulthood.
